Adam and I had a day away from the IT Service Desk today to attend a training course in assertiveness. Without boring you with all the details, we were taught how to say “No!” (something we do well anyway) or as I prefer, in the style of Eric Cartman, “RESPECT MY AUTHORITAH!!!”
