I found and killed all 200 pigeons on GTA4. Now to get the other 31% of the game done…
I found this e-mail in my inbox this morning

Having not used my Xbox Live account in over 3 months, and now a proud owner of a PlayStation 3, I wasn’t too keen in forking out £40 for a new 12 month membership for a service I won’t be using.
I rang Microsoft to speak to the big boss man. Unfortunately Bill was out the office, so I had to make do with his secretary. After much messing about with security questions, bank account details and discussing the weather (no, really); I eventually managed to get my subscription cancelled.
After all that, I don’t think they can take payment from my bank account anyway. My debit card expired last month and Micro$oft still have the old details. The lady I spoke insisted both cards were linked. Unless Mr. Gates has secret powers to access my bank account through the back door (which shouldn’t be ruled out – after all, it is Bill Gates), then they’re cut off at the source anyway. Suckers.
Looks like that management-course-assignment-bollocks I had to do last year paid off – I passed. Now whose job shall I go after? Gordon Brown’s or Fabio Capello’s?
Having completed GTA4 last weekend, I have been going around killing pigeons in order to finish the game with a 100% mark. There are 200 birds in the game – I have killed 197. 3 buggers remain in the city and I cannot find them anywhere.
I found and killed the other 197 by using this map, ticking them off as I went along. I thought I had all 200, but must have missed some along the way.
What do I do know? Go all the way through the list again; trying to find the 3 I missed? Some pigeons were very difficult to locate in the first place, regardless of the map, so looking for something that may or may not be there is going to be very difficult and frustrating.
