Peter Kay has announced a new tour. This is his first tour in years. I love Peter Kay, so this is something special. What isn’t special is his choice of venues. It’s great if you live up north, but the only place he is venturing south of Birmingham is London, and I don’t like going to London – too big, too noisy, too Londoney.
I’m not expecting Mr. Kay to perform down the road from my house, in Weston Village Town Hall, or even in Bath city centre. He won’t even go to Bristol – or Cardiff! Looks like it’ll be another Peter Kay DVD for me.
