It’s not every day that Leeds will lose a game of football, yet I’ll be able to take many positives from it.
While it was pretty gutting to concede a fourth goal, especially so close to full time, it should never be forgotten…
- Leeds were playing the greatest team in the country right now.
- With Jurgen Klopp and Marcelo Bielsa, arguably the best two managers in football went head to head.
- Liverpool were given a real scare by Leeds.
- Play like that for the other 37 games this season and relegation worries will not be worth thinking about.
As far as a defeat goes, Leeds did themselves proud.
